Let’s talk about the “Pooping Anxiety”

Folks, remember I said I was going to talk about everything and anything. On my way to work this morning, listening to the radio, I suddenly burst out laughing. A lady had bailed out on her boyfriend; I mean no-call, no-show kind of deal. With the Thanksgiving holiday approaching, all her boyfriend wanted for Thanksgiving was to spend some great time with his boo.

To dive straight into the facts, spending the weekend with Harry was not even in the works for Sierra. Her reason- during last year’s Thanksgiving holidays at his parent’s house she was unable to poop the entire time they were there. As funny as this might sound, I could not help but sympathize with Sierra. Not only is she anxious to poop in a strange environment, but she also cannot poop with people around the house. I feel you Sierra!

Growing up, I will run back home to drink some water, eat, pee and worst of all to poop. I needed to be in the comfort of my home, in a place where i knew i was safe. I guess like billions of people around the world; I was like Sierra, experiencing what is known as the “pooping anxiety”. This anxiety is caused by a number of factors like the smell of their poop or the plopping sounds it makes. Hahaha, now this is funny.

If you are like Sierra, there are ways to go about this anxiety.

  • Flush! Flush! Flush! – Do this as many times as possible to eliminate some of the smell and also to reduce the plopping sound. – I still wonder why it plops though.
  • Let it Flow! Let it Flow! – Keep the water running to conceal that “poop-pop” – I use to do that too, lol. Make use of the vent in the bathroom, keep it running. That is the only time you will appreciate that noise from the vent.Wish they had an “increase-level” button.
  • Nothing beats an exquisite fragrance – Carry with you one at all times and do not be afraid to give the atmosphere a rebirth.
  • Go Neutral – If you are visiting someone and you just cannot do it there, go to a neutral environment, like a restaurant, or shopping mall. Just release it and walk out like the king or queen that you are.Above all, please Do Not Be Afraid to Let it Go! You just cannot hold on to that until eternity. Do your thing and remember everyone does it too.

    This pooping anxiety is relative. Relative to the environment you find yourself. There is no feeling worst than finding yourself in the wrong environment.. ..a place where you cannot freely release like Sierra…it also relates to how much pressure you have to release. But really…your tips helps…omg 😂😂😃😃😃
